This is when you first start making your way through hallways that lead to the Sistine Chapel. As people first turn the corner and see this room, you hear a lot of "ooo-ing" and "ahh-ing" - while the entire museum is spectacular, this is the first room that really takes your breath away - of course, nothing takes your breath away like the Sistine Chapel.
