Return to Normalcy

So the families have all left and we are alone again.  Wow.  It is interesting how you have to adapt your daily behavior when you have company.  Not that I mind having company.  I actually enjoyed the visits.  Unfortunately, both AM and I work tomorrow, so we don't really get much time to relax, so that portion of the "vacation" didn't really work out quite right.

At this point we are trying to figure out what we will do for a long weekend at the end of May for our anniversary.  Vegas is a possibility, but we might do some hiking / photography in Canyon de Chelly,  Chiricahua, or Santa Fe instead.  All seem rather interesting to us, but we have to actually sit down and try to figure out where the best weather would be at that time of year.

For later in the year, possibly September or October, we are thinking of doing a week to 10 days for a trip to Yellowstone, Denali, or Hawaii.  Decisions about those types of places are hard to make because they all seem spectacular, but we need to make up our mind in the next few weeks so we can actually get the trips booked and setup and guided tours we might want to take before they are all sold out.
